Rainbo is a Canadian and women-owned company focusing on providing potent and high quality adaptogenic mushrooms to bring radical health and harmony to people and the planet. Throughout the past two years, I’ve been able to help with the design and roll-out of Rainbo’s product labels.
Guided by science and grounded in healing, Rainbo has an extensive product line, and hopes to optimize the mind, body and spirit through fungi. I began working with Tonya Papanikolov, the founder of Rainbo, in 2022 to make content edits to existing product labels. During that time, Rainbo was undergoing a brand refresh and required a new batch of labels for the US, Canada, and UK markets. This included executing eight segments of labels for their product line: Alcohol-free tinctures (100ml and 30ml labels for Canada and US), and Alcohol tinctures (100ml and 30ml labels for Canada and US).
Given the iterative nature of the product packaging, I meticulously ensured that the design and prototyping of each segment of labels met the appropriate government regulations. This process was an exciting challenge that I was eager to take on.
